About Tomas Ros

Tomas Ros is a cognitive neuroscientist who has focused on EEG neurofeedback research for over 15 years, completing his PhD on the subject from the University of London in 2010.
A mixed background in physics, neuroscience and psychology has inspired his interdisciplinary approach to emerging biomarkers and treatments for improving brain function. During the course of his academic career, Dr. Ros has been passionate about deploying cutting-edge methods for exploring neural function and plasticity (e.g. EEG, TMS, fMRI and PET) in combination with neurofeedback. Currently based at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, his enduring goal is to continue investigating neurofeedback as a tool to enhance healthy brain function, whilst developing safer, non-pharmacological treatments in psychiatry, neurology and rehabilitation.
